Using our extensive experience and engineering techniques, Vibratech are able to supply quality armature rewinds and field coils for any model of shaker from their new custom-built coil winding section. This new service will enable Vibratech to offer customers high quality rewinds on a range of armatures from a variety of manufacturers – LDS, Ling Electronics, IMV, Unholtz-Dickie, MB-Dynamics, TIRA, Thermotron, Gearing and Watson and Derritron. The company also supplies new field coils and de-gauss coils.
Repairs to armatures will always be made whenever practical, providing customers with substantial cost savings. Vibratech can now offer a complete service and reduced downtime, improving customer efficiency.
Matt Deards, who has designed and developed the coil workshop commented, "All the coil shop requirements and the manufacturing processes were assessed at the start of the development programme. The team developed a strategy that has enabled the build and commissioning of the new facilities in a comparatively short period of time. With coils now in production, we are already seeing outstanding results."
A full range of electrical and dimensional checks are carried out prior to dispatch and each coil carries a full 12-month warranty.
